must locate and confirm your record first. Therefore, make
sure that you have the following information handy when you

us either by phone or by e-mail to expedite our reponse
to the nature of your call:

If
you moved, send us your old address to confirm your record,
along with your new address so we can update your record.
Another
good alternative to calling or writing is to fax your question
to us. The best and the
cheapest way to contact us is by e-mail.
We
encourage everyone to let us know when you move so
we can keep your record up to date. Send us a postcard or drop
us an e-mail with both your old and new addresses so we can immediately

and update your record.
ANSWERING
MACHINE: We
do not use an answering machine or answering service. We answer
