Öner Döşer

 

Öner Döşer is an instructor, publisher and author of 43 books and the founder of AstroArt School of Astrology, AstroArt Astrology Television, AstroArt Publications. He is translating and publishing books on Ottoman Astrology and teaching it's techniques worldwide. Oner received Robert Zoller's Medieval Astrology Diploma in 2005, teaching Medieval Astrology techniques in Kepler College and his School. He is CAPISAR, OPA Turkish Satellite, organizor of the International Astrology Days since 2012. Since 2015, he has been preparing Ottoman Astrology courses including Natal, Horary, Electional and Mundane Astrology with the translations from the 578-page unique work of the 19th century Ottoman astrologer Sadullah al-Ankarawi and published some of them as books from AstroArt Publications.

Healing Through Traditional Astrological Techniques

Ancient astrologers examined various elements in birth charts regarding health and healing, offering recommendations to the individuals concerned. They also employed Electional Astrology methods to determine the optimal timing for implementing these recommendations. Practices of this kind were also employed by astrologers during the Ottoman Empire. In this presentation, Öner Döşer, an expert in Medieval Astrology, will discuss the application of traditional techniques in this field and offer insights into how we can utilize them today. Examples and practises from Ottoman-language sources will also be presented.
